Shipping policy
When will I get my order?
It can take up to 3 days to prepare your order (we create each product on-demand), so you can expect to receive your purchase within 4-6 business days in the UK, and longer if you are ordering internationally. You will also receive a shipping tracking code.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
We’ve listed our Christmas delivery cut-off dates on our Xmas Order Deadlines page. If you order before those dates, your item should arrive in time for Christmas. If you order after them, we’ll still do our best to get it to you, but there’s a chance it may not make it.
Where will my order ship from?
We are UK-based but work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide, so your order will likely be shipped from the nearest possible location to you. Occasionally your order may be split into different shipments if there are items within it which need fulfilling from different facilities.
Is Free Shipping available on international orders over £50?
Yes, we offer free shipping for International orders over £50. We are a UK-based online store and provide free shipping for UK orders over £30, but also ship internationally and provide automatic conversion in many local currencies.
Please note: While all orders are eligible for the Free Shipping offer, eligibility is determined by the conversion rate at the time of checkout.
E.g. If the currency conversion calculates the order to be lower than £50 in value, you will be charged our standard shipping rate for your market.
We ("Quite OK Comedy") reserve the right to remove this promotion and alter our shipping rates at our discretion, at any time.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at contact@quiteokcomedy.com with your order number.
